Description
We'll be studying some of the most important philosophy, East and West, in the world. Everyone thought about art and creativity, from Plato to 1900. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn not only about art, literature and music, in a wide variety of periods, but also to study some key concepts in the history of philosophy. Highly recommended.
Grading
Two short papers (40%), one exam (30%), homework and participation (30%)
