I write with the extremely exciting news that Colin Milburn has been awarded a “New Directions Fellowship” from the Mellon Foundation. This highly prestigious fellowship is intended to support faculty members who engage in “serious interdisciplinary research” to acquire additional, systematic training in their fields of interdisciplinary engagement. In Colin’s case, he will pursue additional training in computer science to extend his expertise in the emerging field of critical game studies.
