Description
Love & Geopolitics: In this course, we'll examine significant works of postcolonial film and fiction that explore transitions in the geopolitical order through the lens of romance. Drawing insight from scholars working in narrative theory and postcolonial studies, we will explore the reasons why artists might choose to approach world historical events and geopolitical crisis points by presenting intensely human stories of love, sex and romance.
